HOW CAN I PAY?
A credit card is taken as a security deposit at the start of the rental and kept on file until the end of rental. Initial payment will be taken when dumpster is dropped. After pickup, additional days and overweight fees will be charged to the card on file, unless otherwise specified.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
Yes. Standard Rental on the 21yd dumpster includes 4,000 pounds.
Additional weight is pro-rated at $65 per 1,000 pounds up to 10,000 pounds.
If you are loading heavy material such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, asphalt you will have to contact us for instructions on loading.
CAN I FILL THE CONTAINER TO THE TOP?
All materials must be inside the container, nothing over the top of container. By law we are required to tarp each load for transport. All materials that exceed the top of container must be removed. We cannot pick up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing excess and a $100.00 return trip fee will be charged to return and pick-up container.

• Refrigerators
• Freezers
• Air Conditioners
• Batteries
• No Whole Tires. Tires must be cut in half!
• No Rock, Dirt or Concrete!
• Call before loading Shingles
• Oil or Gas in liquid form or in filters
• Gas Containers or any containers that have gas them in them
• Freon or anything containing Freon
• Closed Containers such as Barrels (must be cut into 1/4's triple rinsed)
• Asbestos
• Medical Waste
• Anything labeled Hazardous Waste
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CONTAINER?
The price includes a rental period of up to 7 days. After 7 days you may extend the rental period for an additional $4.00 per day.
WILL THE CONTAINER BE PICKED UP AUTOMATICALLY?
No! Please call when container is ready for pick-up. It is your responsibility to give our office a 24-48 hours’ notice.
CAN I MOVE THE CONTAINER?
No! We will do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space, you may not move container. Moving containers causes damage to the underside. If damage occurs, you are responsible for the cost of repair. We do expect normal wear and tear.
PLEASE NOTE: As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage (other than normal wear and tear) that occurs to our container while on your site. We hope this answers any questions you may have. We will be more than happy to help you with your specific needs.
